* 제목 : Synthesis of CuInS2 Colloidal Nanocrystals by Using Metal Hydroxide Precursor

* 내용 : We present synthesis of CuInS2 colloidal nanocrystals via a facile solution-processed method from CuIn(OH)5 precursor. The Cu&8211In metal hydroxide precursor was prepared by chemical co-precipitate method in aqueous solution an aqueous NaOH solution reacted with the metal hydroxide solution containing Cu2+, In3+ at room temperature. Then, oleic acid and bis(trimethyldisilyl)sulfide were used as a surfactant, and to provide sulfur source for fabrication of CuInS2 nanocrystals. The zinc blende-type CuInS2 colloidal nanoparticles were confirmed by XRD and Raman measurement. TEM image shows CuInS2 nanoparticles have an average size of 5.6 nm. The Cu&8211In&8211S composition ratios (%) were 1:1:2, measured by EDS, EPMA, and ICP. The best cell efficiency of PV device was 1.26 %.

* 제목 : Transparent copper iodide-silver iodide heterojunction pn-diode

* 내용 : Silver iodide has been researched in various fields as a transparent n-type semiconductor inorganic materials. But it had photolysis property under the light with the silver particle was extracted. This problem, loses the electrical properties are a disadvantage. We have solved the above shortcomings by raising the copper iodide on silver iodide. In addition, it creates a multilayer structure for use as a device using a pn-heterojunction of n-type silver iodide and p-type copper iodide demonstrated that is possible to use pn-diode. And we have devised a method of manufacturing a thin film. It is valuable for basic inorganic materials applied research. Because it is transparent, the production method is simple and can be easily patterned in a desired shape by patterning the diode. In this article, we will learn about the pn-heterojunction thin film diode manufacturing method and their characteristics using the silver iodide and copper iodide.
